Costs and Times

• Couturier Avenue will aim to dispatch all of your orders within 24 hours upon confirmation receipt of your order and payment.
  
  
• Products bought from Couturier-ave.com can be mailed within Malaysia and internationally:
  
  
  1. Orders being sent within Sabah and Sarawak is a flat rate fee of RM7.50. However, orders being sent to Peninsular Malaysia is a flat rate fee of RM12.50 for all customers.
     
  2. For orders outside of Malaysia, please contact Couturier-ave by e-mail at customercare@couturier-ave.com. This is to inform you of the fees as the rates for one country from another country differ.
  3. Delivery time frame within Malaysia is approximately 3 working days.
  4. Malaysian customer parcel will be posted with PosLaju Malaysia. Delivery time frame within Malaysia is approximately 1-3 working days.
     
  5. International orders will be posted using DHL or ABX service and will approximately take 4 -9 working days to be delivered.

Track my parcels

• If you are not at the address during the arrival of the parcel, your parcel can be collected at the nearest Pos Laju premise. You can also “track” and “trace” your parcel by logging in to http://pos.com.my/pos/appl/service.asp

When do we deliver

• Once the payment clears Couturier-ave.com will dispatched orders after 4pm everyday except Saturdays and Sundays. Every payment made after 4pm will get their items dispatched the next day after 4pm. 
• Delivery will not be made during public holidays. However we still accept your orders and will deliver immediately after public holidays.
